Big Three

The BIG THREE to avoid is the following:

Low Self Esteem – Self Centeredness – Jealousy

Low Self Esteem = “I am not worthy” or “I am no good.”

Self Centeredness = “I am great” or “I am better/more important than other people.”

Jealousy = “I hate him because of what he possesses or the relationships he has.”

People who live by the BIG THREE are unable to form true intimate friendships. (Refer to “Friends” submenu under relationships).

People who live by the BIG THREE are poor managers/supervisors.

TECHNIQUES ON HOW TO AVOID BEING CAUGHT UP IN THE BIG THREE.

First: DEVELOP AN INSIGHT into yourself and your own humanity.

What are you? Who are you? The answer is that you are a HUMAN!

As a human you cannot be a positive influence on other human beings unless you are in tune with yourself and your own humanity. This takes work but it is worth it! (Check out you tube “Jon Kabat-Zinn) Many mainstream hospitals and medical institutions utilize the techniques taught by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Second: BE TOUGH! (Refer to “Toughness” submenu under relationships). People who willingly partake in the BIG THREE have either sold out, given up, simply want to fit in, or were never educated on how destructive the BIG THREE can have on their professional and personal life.

Those who partake in the BIG THREE blame others for their shortcomings; seek out scams and tricks to achieve professional, personal or financial gain.

Third: BE AWARE of others who willingly partake in the BIG THREE and want to draw you in, either by manipulation or physical force.

The BIG THREE can even lead a dysfunctional person to commit a criminal act. “Jealousy can be dangerous”

Fourth: BELIEVE that all human being including YOU are driven towards greatness. The greatness is achieved by doing positive deeds to make other people happy and productive.

Fifth: DO THE RIGHT THING EVEN IF YOU THINK THAT NOBODY IS LOOKING! This is the secret to success!

ACT (positively):

DO NOT ACT (negatively)

Perform even seemingly small positive acts to improve the world and humanity. For example:

Do not litter. Pick up litter instead of littering. (These seemingly small acts as unrelated as it appears will greatly improve your overall success).

Do not eagerly desire or be envious of another person’s possessions or relationships. (This is the unfulfilling hobby of the Big Three practitioner).

Hold the door for the other person.

Speak kindly to all people of all ages.

Sixth: If you have an addiction or medical ailments seek medical attention and advice from an established mainstream medical facility. People need positive people who are on the side of humanity (YOUR side).

Seventh: BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS:

BE AWARE if an individual is becoming obsessed with your unwillingness to participate in the big three. The obsessed may not just follow you around physically but in cyberspace as well.

OBSESSION precedes POSSESSION. A dysfunctional obsessed controlling individual “control freak” is not someone you want in your personal life. The obsessed wants to possess.

DISCOUNTING the word NO: A KEY INDICATOR is when a person discounts your “NO”. This is when you inform a person that you are not interested in a negative/selfish/dysfunctional life but the individual ignores you and arrogantly continues on his/her quest to involve you in the negative.

REPORT: the dysfunctional behavior or criminal behavior to the authorities. The criminal and civil judicial court systems are a public forum.

Dysfunctional controlling individuals do not like a public forum. The dysfunctional prefer a “secret” or “controlling” relationship. The dysfunctional controlling individual may believe that the world revolves around him and that other “less smart or less intelligent” people just do not understand his “higher superior knowledge, greatness or special ways”.  Dysfunctional controlling individuals once exposed will commonly minimize their actions and intentions.

Eighth: REALIZE & ACCEPT:

Realize and accept that EVERY PERSON as human beings is equal: it does not matter that the individual is a chief executive officer of a large company or an unemployed homeless person.

Ninth: Follow this rule by Danish Philosopher Soren Kierkegaard 1813-1855

“DO A MAN DIRT YOURSELF YOU HURT”
